Caddick Group are an industry-leading multi-sector property developer based in Yorkshire with a pipeline of activity across the UK. In 2023, Caddick launched Places for Life, a vision that by 2025, they will lead in creating the best places in the country and redefining what it means to support people and the environment.


The project
Led by the sustainability consultants at Just One UK, Amy's job was to visually articulate the progress of this vision whilst keeping in line with their existing brand identity and elevating it, all in the form of an impact report. Caddick's style is big, bold and full of character. The report captures the successes and progress of their sustainability vision so far and aims to highlight Caddick's brand values, inspiration, responsibility, and confidence. Using impactful stats and colour blocking to draw attention and direct the eye, it also needed to feel accessible and well-constructed, much like Caddick's work.
